From the bride's stunning embroidered floral-and-vine wedding veil to the blue and white floral print napkins, photographer Elizabeth Cecil captured every moment beautifully.

From NYC to the Vineyard: A Love Story Anchored in Fate
Emma and Danny first met on Hinge, discovering early on that they not only grew up 15 minutes apart but had unknowingly shared many of the same spaces — including the same synagogue. Danny even attended the same college where Emma's parents first met decades ago! It felt like destiny from the beginning, and Martha’s Vineyard quickly became their favorite escape throughout their relationship, especially during the pandemic. So, when Danny proposed on the island's South Beach — during a break in a Nor’easter, no less — it felt only right to bring all their loved ones back to their favorite place to say "I do."

Why Martha's Vineyard Was the Only Choice
The Vineyard was more than just a pretty place for Danny and Emma; it was a sanctuary. From beach picnics to quiet walks, they built so many beautiful memories there, so they wanted their favorite people to experience that same magic on the big day. The Martha's Vineyard Museum, with its sweeping views of Lagoon Pond, made the perfect setting for both their ceremony and reception.

Coastal Colors and Lush Florals
The joyful couple leaned into a coastal-inspired color palette of whitewashed neutrals, pale blues, crisp whites, and soft pinks to reflect the island's natural beauty. Through lush hydrangeas and other textural blooms, Morrice Florist transformed the aesthetic, especially with their greenery-decorated chuppah overlooking the water. The florals struck that perfect balance between elegant and organic — exactly what they envisioned to complement the scenery.

A Dream Team Behind the Details
KG Events & Design brought Emma and Danny’s Vineyard celebration to life with thoughtful, layered design from start to finish. As guests arrived, they were greeted by a striking seating chart display mounted on a white mid-century-inspired geometric screen — reminiscent of breeze blocks with a subtle Moroccan influence. Adorned with custom signage and floral accents, it set the tone for the stylish reception ahead. Inside the sailcloth tent, a ceiling of draping greenery created a romantic, wild garden-inspired atmosphere all the way down to their blue and white print napkins that felt effortlessly elegant.

Personalized Culinary Experiences
Food was incredibly important to Emma and Danny as all of their Vineyard memories were filled with beachside lunches, casual lobster rolls, and fresh oysters. They recreated that laid-back island cuisine through local caterer, V. Jaime Hamlin & Sons. One of the most special touches was the fruit-bedecked tiered cake: a take on Emma's favorite college treat, Los Angeles' popular Triple Berry Cake by Sweet Lady Jane, beautifully reimagined by Val Cakes MV.And what would a Vineyard wedding be without Back Door Donuts? Late into the night on the dance floor, the happy couple made sure that hot apple fritters and donuts be passed around for all to enjoy. It was a total crowd favorite!

Sentimental Moments and Joyful Celebrations
Danny and Emma wrote their own vows, something that felt really important and deeply personal. And while they had a formal wedding party, they requested just their families stand by their side at the chuppah to honor those who raised them. They also had all four of their grandparents in attendance which the couple remembers as an incredibly special gift. From the ketubah signing ceremony to the joy-filled horah, the lovebirds wove their Jewish heritage all throughout the day, making it even more meaningful as they start their next chapter together.

A Night to Remember
The dance floor was electric thanks to The Sultans band as nothing beats live music to bring the energy! Emma and Danny loved seeing both of their families up on stage together at the end of the night singing and dancing. It was the perfect end to a day that celebrated love, family, and that good ole island charm.
