Classic Air Force Wedding with Handmade Florals

“Home is where the heart is” takes on a whole new meaning when the city you call home changes on a constant basis, and when Brandi said yes to Brendan, she knew that's exactly what life as an Air Force spouse would mean. Yet they knew that Fredericksburg Country Club, a lovely classic venue just down the road from her parents' house, was exactly the place they wanted to begin their journey together.

We all know there's just something about military uniforms, and the Brendan and some of his groomsmen looked oh-so-dapper in their dress blues and dark blue suits. Brandi's bridesmaids stood out equally with gold modern floral hoops in lieu of traditional bouquets, but we especially loved that these hoops doubled as reception décor along with magnolia leaves and candles. Other details we love include Brandi's cheeky Air Force-themed "Remove Before Flight" garter, Brendan's custom airplane-shaped cuff links, and of course, those adorable flower girls' expressions as they posed with the groom! Carley Rehberg Photography captured each thoughtful element and beautiful moment of the day surrounded by their closest family and friends.

From his marriage proposal in Coronado, California to their classic wedding in the heart of Fredericksburg, Virginia, Brendan and Brandi will forever be each other's home no matter how many times their address changes throughout the years.
