Because their relationship was long distance for awhile, Meagan and Tyler still continue to cherish every moment of quality time together and really value how their strengths and weaknesses challenge each other to be the best versions of themselves even now that they are finally together in one city. Their Christian faith is the center of who they are as a couple, so it was important to them to build a solid foundation for their future as husband and wife by tying in family, tradition, and their own moments together during their engagement and while planning their upcoming wedding.
With Megan Rei Photography at the helm, they knew that their engagement session would be near water since it's one of their favorite pastimes. Starting at the colorful murals along the Canal Walk and ending on the rocks at Belle Isle in Richmond, it was a crisp gorgeous day with the loveliest sunshine. Meagan dressed in a long white lace dress for the more rustic part of their session and then swapped into a fun navy blue floral number for the modern ambiance of cool public art while Tyler complimented her looks with handsome "country and city" attire respectively.
