Intimate Beach House Wedding with the Cutest Kiddo Squad

Anna and Jaredd's story has always centered around the beach since the day he proposed on the Boardwalk at the Virginia Beach Oceanfront by whispering that special question into her ear. With his love for fishing and this day in mind, planning their wedding by the water in the beautiful Outer Banks was almost a given; it was close enough to home, but still gave a destination vibe. A private beach house in Corolla provided the perfect stress-free setting as Anna slipped into a fabulous offbeat champagne wedding dress, Jaredd tied his champagne-colored necktie, and their daughters twirled in their coordinating neutral tulle and chiffon dresses.

Among their 40 guests with only their daughters at their sides instead of a traditional bridal party, this intimate wedding was a hub for happiness and an all-around good time. Beachy details like their jars of local sand paired with home-cooked food (can we get an amen for some fried chicken?!) made the day fun, casual, and beautiful. The Girl Tyler photographed the moments as guests hung out, listened to some great live music, and enjoyed all that the beach has to offer.

(P.S. Do these two look familiar? They should! They were our Spring 2018 Journal cover couple, so we're super honored to share their entire day with you now!)
