Modern Chic Intimate Art Gallery Wedding

When Jordan and Brenna were planning their wedding, they knew they wanted beautiful portraits and an intimate celebration without the busyness of a traditional wedding day. These two lovebirds booked the gorgeous Hermitage Museum and Gardens as the perfect backdrop to exchange their vows, but the arrival of Hurricane Matthew had other plans for their big day. Norfolk being Norfolk during a severe storm meant a drastic change in plans as the Hermitage was unfortunately flooded with downed trees and scattered branches everywhere. Thankfully, their reception venue, Corner Gallery, was able to come to the rescue and helped accommodate for a ceremony setting. Between the sunshine in the sky and the smiles on Brenna and Jordan's faces, it made everyone forget there was ever even a storm that weekend.

Filled with sparkly white Keds and a groom's beard to end all other wedding day beards, this modern chic wedding captured by Valerie Demo was the perfect fĂȘte to match the vibe of artsy Norfolk. From their custom-framed whimsical couple's portrait from everyone's favorite Rifle Paper Co. to their modern white dinner chairs with pops of red and gold on the table, Jordan and Brenna's day was quirky, fun, and memorable in all the best ways for a small wedding!
