First Landing State Park Engagement

Living in this area means that there are always many military couples coming and going each year. From Langley Air Force Base to Fort Eustis to Oceana and several places in between, it's nothing but truth to say that Hampton Roads is always in transition. And now JD and Jennifer are part of this neat community!

Like a lot of couples, they are full of opposites. JD wants a big dog, but she grew up with Yorkie-poos. His idea of fun on a Saturday is a day spent golfing, and Jennifer's is entirely different. But no matter those opposites or where they are in the world, all that matters is that they are together, and is the reason why the verse Ruth 1:16 is so important to them.

Captured by Maria Grace Photography, these two met on a gorgeous evening at First Landing State Park in Virginia Beach, a well-loved local favorite session hotspot brimming with diversity in scenery from woods to beaches to trails, for a sweet time hand-in-hand in anticipation for their upcoming spring wedding.
