Oceanview Beach Engagement by Elizabeth Henson Photos

The neat thing about Norfolk is that you could go from downtown to beach in a matter of minutes either via 264 or 64. I love the diversity and how photographers really transform each session location, so when Elizabeth of Elizabeth Henson Photos sent this Oceanview beach engagement session, I yay-ed.

But beyond the location, there was a special heartwarming story behind this couple. Ashley and Sean were chosen as a part of Elizabeth's "acts of kindness giveaway," meaning that a random friend of theirs submitted their story to her, and she chose them for a complimentary engagement session. This beautiful bride-to-be Ashley is known at her job for being so kind and generous despite having her own life's challenges with having two pacemakers, so Ashley's own acts of kindness are what led her coworker to nominate her.
