Orange You Glad You Saw This Beachy Wedding Today?

Sand, sun, water, and bright beachy colors – we think about all of these elements when our minds drift to the Outer Banks of North Carolina. When Richard and Jessie chose The First Colony Inn in Nags Head for their wedding, they transformed an already beautiful venue into a day that oceanside wedding dreams are made of. Bright pink, orange peach, and blue colors blended into the perfect pop of color against the white sandy seashore. Everything from their unique location-themed invitation suite to a beach house style location fit right into their destination wedding with all the fun feels.

Unique touches are some of our favorites, and this day did not disappoint. DeLine Photography captured details like cute polaroids their loved ones snapped for their personalized guest book, slices of pie the couple served in lieu of the more traditional cake, and cheerful flowers for days.

As much as we love the details, our hearts skipped a beat when we saw the obvious love between Richard and Jessie, whose relationship began at a Richmond pub and carried them through to this relaxed and gorgeous day. From sunglasses and bouquets to blue skies and sunset, everything about their wedding is a testament to the appeal of a destination wedding in the Outer Banks.
