Sweet Handmade Backyard Wedding

With their daughters and doggies, Amber and Lisa prepped and got ready for a day full of celebration in Chesapeake. The two agreed that once hair and makeup were done, they would no longer see each other that morning, so to build up to their First Look, a pretty room divider had been placed between them. When it was finally time for their First Look, their daughter moved the divider out of the way for what was nothing short of a very emotional reveal. Captured by The Girl Tyler, this sweet handmade wedding was most certainly an event to remember… especially since it almost succumbed to a wedding day disaster!

Lisa shared, "The morning of our wedding, we had no venue! My parents' yard was a muddy mess because of bad weather, and the tent did go up until that afternoon. But thanks to our friends and our caterer Simply D'Vine Catering, they set the whole wedding up while Amber and I got ready like nothing was wrong. We can't thank them enough."

From start to finish, these two lovely brides said it was the best day of their lives, but their most special memory from that day was watching all of their family and friends genuinely enjoying themselves by dancing and mingling together. And that's the best kind of celebration of all.
