Faith-Filled Virginia Beach Wedding

Years ago, Lindsey and Stephen met at a get-together that their mutual friends invited them to. Lindsey's plan for the party was to meet some new faces, but little did she know that there would be far more in store. While she met quite a few people that evening, one guy in particular caught her interest: Stephen. Yet like all those romantic comedies we watch, the first time Stephen saw Lindsey, he had his own assumptions about this beautiful girl: that she was not his type.

But despite that misconception, they started talking, and small talks eventually grew into deeper conversations about their interests, work, and faith. Well, Stephen quickly realized that she wasn't just any ordinary woman. Lindsey was beautiful, humble, warm, and funny.

And after one particular game of corn hole that proved Lindsey wasn't exactly Most Valuable Player in the lawn sport, Stephen smoothly asked for her phone number so he could invite her to sit with him at church. Thankfully, she relinquished that number because Stephen had some seeds of hope that there was a special future ahead.

Captured by Sarah Bradshaw Photography, the hilarious and wonderful duo made their commitment to each other and God at Virginia Beach United Methodist Church and then celebrated afterwards at The Water Table, a restaurant and venue right across the Rudee Inlet from the house that Lindsey's family lived in when she was born.
