Cozy College of William and Mary Wedding

Hailing from New Jersey, Christina and Michael just knew they had to be married in the Wren Chapel at William and Mary, the groom's alma mater, for their destination wedding. As it sometimes happens here in Virginia, their cozy fall wedding day turned a bit gray with some sprinkles of rain (or good luck as we like to think of it!).

But what do you do when that happens? You get prepared and have some killer yellow and green collegiate-inspired rain boots and umbrellas like Christina did! Playfulness and full of joy, these two lovebirds and their wedding party weren't going to let a little rain stop them from having fun.

Photographed by EyeCaptures Photography, Christina and Michael transformed The Settlement at Powhatan Creek into a sweet autumn-filled event with an outdoor fireplace for roasting marshmallows and delicious coffee and hot chocolate station… with adorably matching bride and groom coffee mugs!
