Being huge (possibly an understatement) East Carolina University fans and graduates, this fun couple made sure to rock out some collegiate pride with pirate's booty can koozies, garters emblazoned with athletic logos, an ice sculpture shaped into a pirate... but most memorable? A purple smoke reception introduction with the groom wielding a pirate's sword in homage to the school's swashbuckling mascot... all to the tune of Jimi Hendrix's "Purple Haze."
Pack it up, college fan readers! We're done here. If that's not the most epic entrance ever, then I don't know what is. Thankfully Beth Hamilton Photography and Nuvoria were there to capture it because this was a major theme win, all in the stylings of rustic romance.
